We invite you to a weekend of gentle yoga and meditation suitable for beginners, but open to all, creative visualization, journaling, deep progressive relaxation (yoga nidra), conscious eating, and mindful walks in nature.

The Instructor
Vandita Kate Marchesiello, a Registered and Certified Kripalu Yoga Teacher, has been teaching and leading workshops and training programs in health, wellness and yoga since 1977. From 1989-99 she was the Executive Director of the Albany Kripalu Yoga Center where she trained teachers and students of yoga and volunteered extensively in the community. Since 2000 she has been the Director of the Kripalu Yoga Teachers Association at the Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health in Stockbridge, MA where she is a senior faculty member and has pioneered such programs as Teaching for Diversity, a grant program to bring yoga to diverse and underserved populations. Her life has been blessed with family, friends, and the opportunity to do what she loves.
